Genesis Communications, Inc. will perform the highest industry standard installation to enhance the longevity of the telecommunications equipment. The installation process will be closely coordinated with Brokerage Firm, outside contractors and/or the local telephone company. This coordination ensures Genesis Communications, Inc. that all aspects of your new telecommunications system will be installed correctly..

After installation of your new Genesis telecommunication system Brokerage Firm, will be entitled to free 30 day re- programming of your telecommunication system. This ensures your company that your telecommunication system will be made unique to your company’s needs.
Training for your new telecommunications system will be provided by Genesis Communications, Inc. in addition to the user guide that is supplied with each telephone.

The training that is provided for the Brokerage Firm, is at their convenience; prior to, during, or after the installation of your new telecommunications system. Up to (1) year after installation at no extra charge on a reasonable basis.
After the installation, Genesis Communications, Inc. guarantees that your Company will receive service in the following manner:

STANDARD Response Time: Genesis Communications, Inc. will respond to a standard service call within a 24 hour period. A standard response constitutes a minor failure with your telecommunications equipment.

EMERGENCY Response Time: Genesis Communications, Inc. will respond to an emergency service call within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An emergency service call consists of a major failure (at least 50% of system not operational) with your telecommunications equipment.
